Hi! I’m Rebecca.
After struggling with anxiety and the mismanagement of stress in my own life, I ultimately learned that suffering didn’t have to be the only path. For over 15 years, I’ve worked with clients tired of white-knuckling their symptoms. My approach is to help you change your relationship with anxiety and discomfort, rather than trying to “fix” or eliminate it. I take a direct, warm, and collaborative approach, rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) combined with somatic regulation. With my background as a yoga teacher and after working in multiple medical settings (including Seattle Children’s Hospital, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC); I believe in treating the whole person and collaborating with other providers, as needed for specific care and overall health needs. In my spare time, I enjoy running, cooking, yoga and being outdoors; as well as spending time with my husband, daughter and pug.
