Hi! I’m Rebecca,

and after struggling with anxiety and the mismanagement of stress in my own life, I ultimately learned that suffering didn’t have to be the only path. For over 15 years, I’ve worked with clients tired of white-knuckling their symptoms. Rather than teaching you how to "fix" or eliminate every anxious thought—which often turns into just another exhausting item on your to-do list—I focus on helping you change your relationship with stress and physical discomfort. I take a direct, warm, and collaborative approach, rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) combined with somatic regulation. With my yoga background and experience providing therapy in multiple medical settings, I also believe in treating the whole person and collaborating with other providers, as needed for specific care and overall health needs.
