Anxiety and chronic stress have a way of taking over your life. You’ve likely tried to manage things on your own,
but somehow everything becomes too much. Whether ending a partnership, leaving a career or facing a physical
illness/injury, life can be overwhelming. Navigating through the struggle can just add to what we are already
managing. The stress has often even leaked into relationships, making it difficult to find time for family, friends
or your partner.
My name is Rebecca Parrish and I’m here to help. I want you to feel as though you can accomplish what
you want and need to do, and not feel the impending doom of stress and anxiety sneaking up behind you. I
want you to feel good about yourself and have freedom in your life to have the flexibility to do what you enjoy.
