Mental health counseling is a professional, confidential service that helps individuals cope with emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. I work with clients to help them explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, providing tools and strategies to improve mental well-being and quality of life.

Anyone can benefit from therapy—whether you're facing a specific challenge like anxiety or simply looking to improve your self-awareness, relationships, or emotional health. Therapy supports people of all ages, backgrounds, and life stages.
There are lots of reasons why therapy might be helpful for you. Since I primary counsel clients with anxiety here are some anxiety specific symptoms. All of these symptoms are normal and things most people experience at different points in their life. If you aren’t feeling like you can make changes on your own, I’m here to help.
Feeling overwhelmed by daily life
Being worried, on edge
Feeling judged by others, or that you aren’t good enough
Anxiety in relationship and/or family issues
Feeling your worth/value is connected to things outside of yourself such as your accomplishments
Feeling like stress has a hold of you and you find yourself avoiding work/life
If you are struggling to manage your stress level and feel like you are in fight/flight/freeze daily
If you have trouble sleeping and feel restless before bed (ie. recalling your to-do list before going to sleep; can’t relax and unwind)
If you are having other physical health symptoms, such as high blood pressure, fatigue, weight loss/gain.

Sessions are client-centered and focused on your goals. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space and together we’ll explore your concerns, identify patterns, and work on strategies for change. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions last 55 minutes.

I suggest client’s meet weekly initially, then it is possible to shift to twice monthly thereafter (although some clients prefer to remain weekly). This provides an opportunity to gain traction and determine the best plan of action to help support your needs. Together we can assess and determine a plan that best suits your needs and budget.

Therapy isn’t often a quick fix. It can be challenging to be vulnerable and take steps toward making changes in your life. Therapy can focus on the past, sometimes including a diagnosable mental health condition that causes you to struggle through your day to day life.
